How's the Market - Aspen October 2024

In October the Average Aspen Sales Price ticked up, reversing a two month downward trend. Month-over-month the averaged leveled sales price is up 5%, however, it is down 16.6% from last October. Aspen sales price is currently tracking between 2022 and 2023 pricing, and if the trend continues the year will finish flat to slightly above 2023 levels.
Total inventory is down 14 units to 79, so if strong demand continues we will continue to see rising prices similar to the 4th quarter of 2022 & 2023. Overall, it appears year-over-year pricing will finish flat to slight down.
