How's the Market - Basalt October 2024

Basalt Average Sales Price in October continued it's upward trend for the second straight month - gaining 18% month over month.  However, the average leveled price is still trending down, and pricing is 7% lower year-over-year.  Inventory remains relatively high, and year to date absorption rate is only 55%, so I expect Average Sale Price will finish flat to slightly lower than last year.
