While the sales price has been sluggish the past few months, the leveled averages have remained higher than the 2023 data. So far this year 151 homes have come to market and 110 have been sold; 71% absorption verses 67% absorption last year. Based on the data, it appears Average Sold Price will finish about 10% higher than 2023.
